Mr Koo leads the AI Talent and Certification team at AI Singapore to scale AI literacy and proficiency initiatives and programmes to grow Singapore’s generational AI capability from elementary school students to working professionals. In 2012, he joined the Singapore Public Service to shape Asia Pacific’s billion-dollar gaming sector, catalyse the growth of homegrown giants like Garena (now SEA Limited), and lead NVIDIA to set up its global network of AI Technology Centres, headquartered in Singapore.
